Trippel Brew

Brewing the Trippel went great Friday. I got a 1.083 OG which is what I wanted. Fermentation is chugging along well today. This one's gonna be tasty.

If you don't mind me asking, what yeast are you using for your Trippel?

White Labs Abbey. I would usually go with the Westmalle, but I just used it on the Little Abbey Ale and I wanted to change things up a bit. I've used the Abbey in the past and I know it works well with my fermenters(good floculation).

Cool. We're thinking about passing through for maybe a beer or just some growlers this weekend.
